Terms of Use
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms cover PDF Suite, made by AppsRicot. Using the app means accepting them. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past.
What PDF Suite is
A set of tools for PDF files — merge, split, rotate, sign, compress and convert. Every file is processed on your device; nothing is uploaded to us. There is no account and no copy of your files on any server of ours, so keep your own backups of anything that matters.
PDF Suite Pro
Merge, Split and Rotate are free, forever. Pro unlocks every other tool with a single one-time purchase, at the price shown in the app when you buy. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
- Who bills you. Apple on iPhone and iPad, Google on Android. We never see your card details — only whether Pro has been bought.
- Refunds are handled by whichever store sold you Pro, under its own policy, not by us.
Your files are yours
You keep every right you have in the documents you open and create. We claim no licence over them, and we could not use them if we wanted to — they never reach us.
Using the app fairly
Do not use PDF Suite to process material that is illegal where you are, and do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or resell the app. Beyond that, use it however suits you.
Availability
PDF Suite is offered as it is. We work to keep it correct and current, but we do not promise it will be free of faults, nor that any particular feature will exist forever. Features that depend on the device — password unlocking and Word conversion, which are iPhone-only, among them — vary by hardware and operating system.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AppsRicot is not liable for lost files, lost data, or indirect losses arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are noted in the app's release notes.
