Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 August 2026
PDF Suite is a single-purpose tool: it opens a file, runs one operation on it, and hands you the result. Nothing about that requires a server, so nothing here does either. (AppsRicot's general privacy policy covers anything not specific to PDF Suite.)
Data we collect
PDF Suite collects nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics. Every PDF operation — merging, splitting, rotating, removing pages, building a PDF from images — runs on your device. Your files are never uploaded anywhere, and we have no way to read them.
Third parties
One service is involved, and only if you buy Pro:
- RevenueCat manages the purchase. When you buy or restore Pro, it receives the App Store or Google Play receipt and an anonymous identifier it generates for your install. It does not receive your name, email address, or any file you process. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash reporting SDK in PDF Suite. If you have Apple's diagnostics sharing switched on, Apple may send us anonymous crash traces; you can turn that off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Permissions
PDF Suite asks for one thing: access to your photo library, only to let you pick images for the Images to PDF tool. It never asks for the camera, microphone, location, or contacts.
Payments
Pro is billed once by Apple, not a subscription. We never see your card details — only whether the purchase was made.
Children
PDF Suite is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Everything is on your device, so deleting the app deletes all of it. PDF Suite does not keep a copy of any file you process — it reads a file, produces a new one, and hands it to you to save or share.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
