Terms of Use

These terms cover Outfitly, made by AppsRicot. Using the app means accepting them. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past.
What Outfitly is
A private archive of what you wore. Photos, the dates you saved them, and the occasions you tag them with live on your device. There is no account and no server of ours holding your photos — which also means we cannot recover anything for you if the device is lost. That is the trade the app makes, deliberately.
Outfitly Pro
Fifteen outfits are free, forever. Pro removes that limit and adds a profile for each person. It is sold weekly, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown in the app at the moment you buy.
- Who bills you. Apple on iPhone and iPad, Google on Android. We never see your card details — only whether a subscription is active.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancelling. On iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
- Refunds are handled by whichever store sold you the subscription, under its own policy, not by us.
- Price changes take effect only at a renewal, and only after the store has told you.
Your photos are yours
You keep every right you have in the photos you save. We claim no licence over them, and we could not use them if we wanted to — they never reach us.
Using the app fairly
Do not use Outfitly to store material that is illegal where you are, and do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer or resell the app. Beyond that, it is a photo archive; use it however suits you.
Availability
Outfitly is offered as it is. We work to keep it correct and current, but we do not promise it will be free of faults, nor that any particular feature will exist forever. Features that depend on the device — on-device analysis among them — vary by hardware and operating system.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AppsRicot is not liable for lost photos, lost data, or indirect losses arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are noted in the app's release notes.
